DU has always been a cesspool of losers but in the last 12-24 months the remaining members of that site (it used to have far more participants) spend much more of their time posting about murder and death... YOUR murder and death.

This level of hate and psychopathy makes it much clearer how sectarian fights and civil wars often end in mass atrocities, etc. Think Bosnia, Hutsi/Tutus, Spanish CW, Khmer Rouge, etc. DU gives great insight for all to see into the sick and murderous minds of the types who perpetrate mass murder, genocide and terrorism.

In the event our squabble with the 'American' Marxists who now are on the rise (and in power) in the USA and are personified by the average DU poster should ever go hot, it's clear to me it will be a very nasty and brutal fight with no quarter given by either side.

I don't think he is naive, but a uniformed bully that gets his marching orders from his collective network. It is rather troubling that people think someone should die if they don't comply with the bully's wishes. MSM and social media is largely to blame for this. A majority of Americans vastly overestimate the risks of going to the hospital and dying from Covid.
