I am on a blood thinner since a stent surgery about 9 months ago. Suspicion is rising in me, however, because there are so many herbs, foods, natural supplements, and now effective low cost drugs that also seem to thin the blood -

Am I nuts to suppose that it might make more sense to take the latter, and not the very expensive big name “pharmaceuticals”.

Just wondering about the now failing state of “modern medicine”.
