The ensuing deterioration is an understatement. California is a mess. :( And you’re so right about the skunk smell. It’s just horrible. :(
My neighborhood is in the thick of so many smokers. Can’t wait till my lease is up but in the meantime don’t know the damage it’s having on my health. :(
Because of the laws, I just feel powerless.

I’m about 75 miles north of Seattle in a small town, but there are often bus loads of homeless dropped off up here. Mostly young, and all addicts. Seattle is terrible. Most of the “professional homeless” are addicts as well.
It’s not LA or SF yet…
