If the kids don’t like the rules of the game, they should simply find a more suitable game to play.
Preferably a game that taxpayers do not have any part of subsiding.

Preferably a game that taxpayers do not have any part of subsiding.Penn is a private university, not a public or state school, with a huge endowment and lots of funds from alumni, although there are research grants such as to the medical school, etc.
