Yep. Either he is doing this as some kind of sick joke or some kind of college dare or he’s a sociopath who has zero integrity and zero empathy for others. Like my brother says, would we compete against disabled people? No, of course not, it’s not moral, we have integrity and respect for the disabled. This guy though would have no qualms about doing it because he has none of that, he’s a sociopath.
