I have a relative who works for a private medical facility that accepts Medicare/Medicade. They are under the "Federal Mandate" and I don't think my relative will take the jab. It is still uncertain, but I can tell it bothers them. My relative says the company is 30-40% unjabbed so they will be on greatly reduced capacity if they get terminated.

Not sure health workers treating Medicare patients are subject to mandate. Please check with your relative and post here.

I’m thinking health worker mandate applies to federal health workers, for example, VA hospital workers. The logic is a nonfederal health worker is NOT mandated but is required to attend to registered Medicare patients. So there’s conflict.

The nongovernmental clinics should allow its workers the choice to jab or not jab. If it doesn’t give choice, it will face health labor shortages. So it’s a good bet private sector health workers have choice.

If CMS tries to cut Medicare/Medicaid funding; the response will be lawsuits. CMS will lose with high probability.
