It says in his bio that he is board certified as an internist, a graduate of Georgia Medical College and is practicing in Jacksonville, Florida. Also affiliated with two hospitals in his area.

He also said he completed specialty training in internal medicine at the National Naval Medical Center
in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Balbona also said he has served as a Naval Officer and Physician at the U.S. Capital Office the Attending Physician providing medical care
to prominent officials including the members of Congress.

He is also rated quite highly by patients in Health Grades. The address of his medical office is prominently shown on the website.

Here’s the question... is it possible that he’s board certified in Florida but not in Washington DC?

If all of the above info are false, then even the state of Florida has to revoke his medical license by virtue of false advertising. He’s been practicing for a quarter of a century by his own words. Why is he still in practice if all of his claims are false and he isn’t a real doctor?

Those credentials could be easily checked.

Board certifications come from a national certifying board. In his case it would be the ABIM. The Maintancence of certification required testing and yearly life long learning as all board certificates are now time limited. According to his testimony he has allowed his board to lapse, and presents no evidence of CME or other training for the last 20 years.

Make what you want of it — but he is NOT board certified, he can present no credentials of the same, and present no credentials of ongoing continuing medical education.

The transcript also delves deeply in to the medical studies that is eye opening. In my judgment, it is the single most comprehensive look at the evidence as understood by medical personnel under oath.
