I ordered some Nigella Sativa Oil from Amazon and just received it. One precaution I read is that it may interact with amlodipine, a common hypertension medication (which I happen to be taking). The recommendation was to closely monitor your blood pressure to make sure it doesn't get too low.
What do you think about substituting NSO for Ivermectin? I know many of you will say "Just go to Tractor Supply and buy horse paste," but it's good to know about alternatives like this.
Kinda hard for me to tolerate, like burping cumin. Very strong
My chiropractor recommended this, and it doesn’t require a prescription.
I’m not a fan of ordering anything we ingest, from Amazon.
Does the one you ordered come in the correct dosage? 40 mg?
That’s per kg. A 50 kg adult would have to eat 2 grams of powdered cumin.
I know what you mean with all the counterfeit products on Amazon.
It is from “Amazing Herbs” which had a 4.5 star rating, total of 16,268 ratings. How many are fake robot-generated ratings is anybody’s guess.
They are 1,250 mg capsules. The label says “1.25g Black Cumin seed Oil Unrefined, Cold-Pressed, Virgin Nigella Sativa Seed Oil, contains minimum 0.95% naturally occurring Thymoquinone, 0.2% Omega 3, 52.5% Omega 6, 17.9% Omega 9.”
That is a 30X more than 40 milligrams.
There was no good scientific reason to take any COVID vaccine, either.
As I understand it about the vaccines and drug trials:
- The trials only made it to Phase 2 before being given to the public
- The trials were performed by the same drug company that made the product
- The trials were funded by that same company
- The trials were not confirmed by any other study
- The US government only gave an EUA after this paucity and poor quality research.
Thanks for pointing that out. I’m 86 kg. 86 x 40 = 3.4 grams. That would be 2.7 of the 1,250 mg capsules. I think I’ll start out at one per day and work up to two.
Oh, one more poor study bullet point:
- At least the Pfizer study eliminated its control group with/during Phase 2.
Even worse, the Pfizer trial data won’t be available until (I recall) 2025 when they begin “entertaining” requests for data. The Moderna trial data is supposed to be made available this year.
don’t over-do it- high doses of Nigella sativa may damage the kidney and/or liver, but smaller doses for short periods should be ok- but do your homework- it’s also an immune booster- so might not be good for people with autoimmune diseases (overactive immune systems where the body attacks itself)- also if you have low blood pressure- it is said to drop BP even further- so keep that in mind-
but again- they are talking high doses and takign for a long time- taking at recommended doses likely won’t be an issue-
Getting the pills down is relatively easy.
The hard part is explaining to people why you constantly smell like a taco stand.
On a sad note, I just found out tonight that my brother died this morning from Covid. We’ve been estranged for 25 years, but I’m still sorry to hear about his death.
According to my niece, he was unvaxxed and taking multiple supplements, just like me. However, he also had COPD and refused to seek medical treatment even when his 02 sats were in the 80s and he developed pneumonia.
I read that fermented black seeds are a more powerful healing agent. So I got some organic blackseeds from my brother for Christmas. As an experiment I ground 2 T in a coffee grinder and soaked them in some whey I got from my unsweetened yogurt. Then I put in a jar and covered with honey. I keep on my kitchen counter and add a spoon of honey every day. After about 10 days I started sweetening my daily yogurt with a spoonful of this honey/black seed combo. I figure it’s worth my life to boost my immune system to repel Covid in any way available to me.
But I made my own tonic water from cinchona bark for two years and drank that every day also. I take all the Vitamins suggested above faithfully and have a stash of ivermectin in case I get sick. I haven’t been sick though. I go out often and continue to use a hand sanitizer that I made at the beginning of this evil travesty.

Whasbthe steroid that helps. Starts with a B
Sorry about your brother. That is very sad news. Too bad he didn’t take care of his COPD. Sats in 80s is awful.
The FLCCC recommends Prednisone or Methylprednisolone.
Modest improvements in this study: Inhaled budesonide in the treatment of early COVID-19 (STOIC): a phase 2, open-label, randomised controlled trial
Sorry to hear about your brother. Prayers for you and the family.
I am guessing people can grow this from the seeds?
Total self sufficiency...
