Way back in October 5, 2020, it was reported that Based on New WHO Data [of estimated cases, not confirmed], Coronavirus Survival Is 99.9%

As of now, 74,176,403 cases minus 898,680 deaths = 73,277,723 which is a CFR (Case Fatality Rate — which is the percentage of Covid-19 deaths in the U.S. out of the total number of cases) of 1.21%. How do you calculate that as a survival rate?

I think I got it: 99.9% of 73,277,723 = 73,204,445.277. 73,204,445.277 divided by 73,277,723 = 99.9 %.
