I said that before I saw the video with the fold-up wings. But it’s still not practical for 99% of everyday uses.

"But it’s still not practical for 99% of everyday uses."

To clarify, the flying feature is still not practical for everyday use for the vast majority of people. It would just be for weekend entertainment in good weather. And you'd need a pilot's license, airport fees, blah blah blah which many people wouldn't qualify for.

Not today, but how about 100 years down the road?

FWIW, there are still people alive who grew up in the mid-west prairies whose only transportation was horse drawn buggies and the water on their properties were drilled the old fashioned way with a post stuck in the ground and a mule walking around in circles as the post dug into the ground.

Back around 2001 while on a pheasant hunting trip to N.W. Kansas, myself and my hunting buddy stayed the night in a bead and breakfast owned by a 94 year old lady who experienced the above.

Since the weekend hunting was uneventful, my only regret was hunting and not staying around and hearing the history of this old lady........

Look how far we have advanced technologically in the past 50 years. It's only going to increase exponentially in the next 100 if we are still alive............
