Yeah, I’m wondering how many people would actually have space for it, not to mention landing and taking off in an urban environment full of trees and telephone wires, and with narrow roads. You’d basically have to keep it an airport, and take off and land at an airport, kind of like (drum roll) an airplane.

Park it in your garage or driveway and drive it to the airport.

They need to hover about twenty feet above the ground without using any power, then go to ground to pick up the driver and then take off...

It would be hilarious to see a major city with a few million of these in the air at the same time!
