WTH is a ‘Child Nutrition Program Manager’? Is that a cook?
It’s a funded position for someone with a degree....to tell you how to lay out a nutritional lunch for kids....who may or may not eat what you serve.
To be honest, there’s no evidence over the past 20 years that kids eat any better at schools, and in some cases...you probably can say that kids eat less at the school cafeteria than they did in the 1960s/1970s.
I was wondering what someone in that position does all day, for months, years...
I mean, once you’ve “created” some super duper menu for kids, what then? Do they re-invent the wheel every day?
