No sane person is suggesting war against Russia. The issue is arms sales/aid to Ukraine, and sanctions against Russia.

I don't know whether they are "sane" or not, but many seem to be pushing for it. Trump sent arms to the Ukraine and imposed sanctions, and he was still accused of being Putin's errand boy. No, these people want war; Biden is putting troops on alert.
