Love the radio show. Walter and Harriet, two likable wholesome teens. They are in an other universe compared to what we today label as "teens". I prefer that universe. Think of of Walter Denton as the skipper of the San Pablo in The Sand Pebbles.

Good movie. One of Steve McQueen’s best roles. When he first boards the San Pablo, and goes below to the engine room, he says, “Hello, engine. My name is Jake Holman.” Classic!

And that was back in the day when Candace Bergen was truly a looker.
