On a similar note....at my local grocery store yesterday about 90% of the very large cough drops section was empty.
I noticed that too, along with the empty cough syrup section, and I went to four separate stores over the weekend. We usually keep cough syrup on hand, just in case. Our current unopened bottle is dated best by October 2021, so I thought about getting a replacement bottle. I guess we'll have to live with *expired* cough syrup the rest of winter.
