We have a million more people in Michigan than Switzerland we have, um, er, a couple of dozen people driving electrics - unless they have to as part of their jobs, paid for by their marketing companies, government, who fight over the two charging stations in small lefty enclaves or university staffs and wear 3 masks and have gotten four vaccinations or so by now. (Some even have their 2022 mail-in ballot already)

And Ev sales are low in Michigan.
That much is a fact.

That said, you are presenting a fallacy.

From wiki:
Any argument that takes the following form is a non sequitur

If A is true, then B is true.
B is true.
Therefore, A is true.
Even if the premise and conclusion are both true, the conclusion is not a necessary consequence of the premise. This sort of non sequitur is also called affirming the consequent.

You could have cited a state with many EVs. Why not?
Please show me the error of my way.
