We all have been distracted by jokes and memes about the declining Slow Joe (myself definitely in that group) and we must come to grips with the eventuality of Kamala as President. Actual President not just Biden calling her that.
She is like a confused manager at a retail store or restaurant, in over her head and making the wrong decisions as staff members see she’s incompetent. Now the Administration of the US Government will be run by such a person. The ditzy fool in charge.
Only good thing is we always have to be reminded that we, the people, run our own lives and create and invest and work and the eras marked off by “the Age of Eisenhower” “Camelot and JFK and the New Frontier” and the rest do not mean we have a monarch dictating every action to us lowly peasants. Presidents are mainly symbols.
Imagine that Biden is forced to retire. Imagine then that, Kamala is declared unfit, because she’s too dumb and ignorant and not a natural born American. (Pelosi will take care of that).
Then, Pelosi becomes president since she’s speaker of the house. Then, when her speakership is done at the end of the year...

If I could be serious for just a moment, I hate to say this but due to past eras and inequality, when women get in charge they often try to be macho males, tough guys and leaders without compassion. In order to be successful bosses, they think.
They frequently cause the other women to say “I much prefer to have a male boss. She is just too much of a tyrant to stand.” I often heard this in library work, a female dominated profession.
Such women bosses are caricatures of the 1950s hard charging, ruthless business owner to crushes his underlings and competitors.
That brings up a serious danger. Hillary made several references to ruthless and harsh actions she would take about foreign threats if she became President. Where Trump was strong enough to hold off on blasting Iranians that time, whether right or wrong, I think Hillary or Kamala would say “See? I’m as tough as the little boys on my block and I will use nukes if they cross me. I won’t back down.”
All for it - the sooner the better.
If she moves into the WH, then the Senate is truly deadlocked, and there’s no VP to cast the tie breaker vote.
Harris has always been ambitious, but I doubt she can formulate any coherent plans for the country or execute those formulated for her. She could benefit from pulling back after Joe's lurch to the right, but can she really get and keep a team together? Would she really be any better than what we are seeing now? A lot is going to fall apart between now and 2025, whoever is in charge, and neither she or Joe are likely to cope with everything.
Joe will eventually step down. Then Kamala has her moment as first female president. She appoints a VP. That VP becomes the candidate in the next presidential election. The party establishment isn't going to be able to get rid of Harris before she has her moment as POTUS. But will they be able to get rid of her afterwards? She may want to take her chances and run in 2024.

First thought is that she will be the same puppet China Joe has been. She does nothing, same as Resident Potato. She would be the figurehead of the Obama/Soros 3rd term.
