I do believe the Federal Government already pilfered vaccine records some time ago. I recall posting a thread in which a specific database was named. The feds 'offered it for use' to the states on a voluntary basis. That was, I believe, the handoff. Now it looks like the states feel the need to 'go through the motions' of making that formal handoff.

I’m amazed at how little time it took the elected officials to go from zero to fascist. It’s as if they were already fascist and were just waiting for an opportunity to unleash their inner fascist.
