I have a windoze machine (internet turned off), used for 2 things I can’t do otherwise, and the rest are all Linux. Switched 5 years ago. No regrets.
I used to run Caligari Truespace in Windows 7 on VirtualBox.
I’ve been trying to learn Blender, which is much more capable. Even bought a new 8 core Dell with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER with 8 gig. I can tell you the GPU is worth about 3 times what I paid when I ordered the machine from Dell.
I am running on Linux Mint 20.3.
