Kelce told Mahomes that if they came back and lined up the same way then he was going through the two defenders. Otherwise he would run the play as planned.

That's good stuff. Where'd you get that? I re-ran the DVR of the game but it didn't show all that stuff or Mahomes in the huddle yelling "DO IT!" to Kelce.

Also upon further review, it looks like the Bills' brain trust blew it on defense in the last two minutes, calling for the oft-defeated "prevent defense", which opened it up for Kelce and KC.

He wasn't in the huddle, it was an audible at the line of scrimmage. This Video has better sound.
