You really have to wonder how these corporate CEOs achieved success acting like flaming morons. They prove they have no situational or personal awareness when they see other companies crash due to dopey policies.
Corporate upper management is a tribe, when a CEO moves to another corporation they move a lot of their allies with them and then their allies bring in their friends with them. They move in like grasshopper people searching for Financial gimmicks to boost quarterly profits and big bonuses and then they move on and let the workers deal with the devastation .
These idiots are being convinced by their HR departments to support woke, "world citizen" and leftist causes because these departments consist of "college graduates" whom have degrees in "women's and gender studies" or "black history" or are just plain communists.
