“When I drive on I68 through Cumberland Maryland I count about 13-15 windmills. In 10+ years I’ve never seen any more then 3 to 5 mills with blades turning. The rest I guess are resting”

I drive through there 2-3 times per year going to VA and I always see most turning.. my wife and talk about every time we see them.
Up in NW Ohio off St Rt 23 they have them and they are usually turning.
You must drive at the right time.
Since I moved to Morgantown I can get on top of the hill next to my house and look east and see some of them. (Note I’ve not counted the number I can see!) Usually I see none turning, occasionally three !
