An image showing Dr. Anthony Fauci sitting in his home office surrounded by depictions of himself went viral on Twitter Thursday.
The image is a screenshot from the Fauci documentary film, showing him sitting in his home office wearing a gray hoodie and sending an email on his computer surrounded by a painting of his face and several other images of himself.

I worked with a dude that had like a glamour head shot of himself on his desk. He was just the IT guy, but it was like something an actor or actress would have.
It was just creepy. I'm all for having pics of yourself doing something you love, like a pic of you skiing, or fishing, or even coming down a log ride. But my co-worker and Fauci are way over the weird line.

I have a couple Laserjet 4050s in the basement, I used to use one for printing but replaced it with a Kyocera FS4000DN several years ago.
The Kyocera still has the original 20,000 page toner in it.

I have a Brother all-in-one fax and printer that works great.
He’s pretty talented.

I’ve never had an issue with it with either drivers or the physical unit itself. It’s a 2008 model, perhaps the newer ones are not as good.

Mirror, mirror (pictures) on the wall please tell me who is the fairest of them all? If true, good old Siegmund Freud would have a ball analyzing him. Probably wouldn’t be too complimentary.

It’s also a business unit, it supports things like scan to FTP and it’s a laser printer. Their inkjet printers may be junk. I don’t know. I won’t buy an inkjet printer.

That must be a bummer, having to sit on the edge of the office chair just so his feet can touch the floor.

That would be a tough one -
“I’ve got a piece with part of his face”
“Which face?”

Because he can’t figure out how to adjust the height of the chair?

For serious work, avoiding the inkjets is a good idea. Modern scanners have the scan to network and scan to ftp thing going on as well. I no longer have a FAX (used a Canon laser with a real phone and keypad that did not require a computer, but could hook up to one), as the only thing I needed it for in 2006 was communications with subcontractors building my house, and one business contact who was old and was stuck there.
My scanner is also 12 years old, a cheap, little Fujitsu S300 sheet fed number that will not die.

I still find a need for a fax machine once in a while. Most recently had to fax some documents to a bank.

No, they must bow down and avoid making eye contact.

(I also won't buy Canon printers.. their cameras are some of the best, but the printers are junk.)
