I get m blood tested regularly. My magnesium level is generally near or at the top of the normal range. I guess I don’t need to do anything different.

fyi, blood tests for mag don’t tell the right story as you store your magnesium in bones, teeth and tissue. It’s not stored in blood; your body pulls it out of the 3 areas to level your blood balance. Deficiency is seen in all the other symptoms; shrinking bones, depression, anxiety, constipation, muscle cramps, high blood pressure, (and I could go on and on)
