I listened to Howard Stern on the radio once, many years ago. I have never understood why he has anybody listening to him.

I used to listen to him on the way to work - I actually liked his show. He cracked me up. He was always crude and irreverent but then so am I.

I guess you could say I’m a “limited government conservative” not a “religious right conservative”.

Anyway, I thought he was funny and was refreshingly anti-PC - always poking holes in politically correct woke media narratives. I was just as conservative then as I am now but he didn’t rub me the wrong way for some reason.

When he left radio for Sirius it seems he changed and became “woke”. I never subscribed to Sirius so I only heard occasional quotes - and he had become just another unfunny woke comedian.

You can’t be both funny and woke.
