It's meant to be an anti-Republican ad. It's saying (paraphrasing): we're good at the plantation thing and we hate Democrats because us Republicans are the party of the plantations.

Completely distorting history in which Democrats were the party of slavery and the Republican party's #1 reason for being created was because of the abolitionist Christians.
