Not unless the death is possibly vaccine related. But I'm not speculating on that in this case, I'm just complaining about shoddy journalism.

It’s a good bet if he were unvaccinated, it would be prominently displayed. But district judges are federal employees and so must be vaccinated by last year’s Order of Brandon.
