When you grow up all your life on pop, fast food and processed foods it’s taking its toll early on.
When I grew up we had fast food maybe once every 4-6 weeks. Pizza maybe once every 3 months.

He was 61 so he did have a few years to work on it.

Apparently, you never heard of Jim Fixx, who wrote the “Complete Book of Running.” Fixx died on July 20, 1984 at age 52 of a heart attack, during his daily run on Vermont Route 15 in Hardwick.
