Anyone still citing CFR is mired deep in bed with the establishment...

...or irretrievably drunk of Kook-Aid.

as well as doing comparatively little to combat the leading Covid-19 comorbidities

Once the scientists realized that Corona virus seeks out fat cells making obesity one of the strongest comorbidities correlating with a bad outcome of getting Covid-19, just think how much suffering could have been alleviated and even lives might have been saved if that had been clearly explained. People might have been really motivated to lose some of their excess pounds. Instead more and more advertisements feature obese people as if it is something to celebrate.

It would be VERY NICE if someone could comb through the 1000 deaths of school aged kids and figure out how many were really due to Covid alone, how many were due to Covid plus other factors, and how many had nothing to due with Covid, other than being sick at the same time.

...but then again, I think that’s asking too much of our media.

Problem is that we do not know if these were deaths with Covid or deaths by Covid.

I don’t know, but wouldn’t the listed death rates be similar for any disease for people older than 60?
