I’m going to need more than this woman’s word to believe that I am doing harm taking K2 & D. My doctor monitors my D levels and they are very good. He stays very informed on nutritional supplements so I will bring this up when I next see him.
An example of why one should retain their natural skepticism: My heart med (propafenone) carries a warning about grapefruit juice interaction with it. My cardiologist just shook his head and said I would have to consume 2 gallons a day to have any negative interactions. Who do you know who drinks that much grapefruit juice?
You may want to talk to the pharmacist about that. Studies have shown a single grapefruit can alter drug concentrations (of those specific meds that are effected by gf’s)
