I said that the murder was horrible but HE is dead so there is no reason to continue to play into his mental illness.

Now that’s funny (the noose thing). Why would that get you in trouble? I’ve known how to tie one since I was a kid - and I haven’t hung anyone yet. I figured it out after watching enough westerns as a kid and wondering “is that knot really a thing?” - long before you could simple google it. I went to the garage, got some rope, and figured it out in a few minutes. Big deal.
