Ivermectin is an FDA approved drug for the treatment of parasites. It is not approved for management or treatment of any viral diseases.

I think this is where the argument or not understood. If I use a drug off label it is not FDA approved for that purpose. So to say Ivermectin is FDA approved only tells part of the story.

When you ask me if I have ever administer drugs in an emergency situation of course I have. There is presumed consent. And those drugs that are used in that situation are not off label uses. Additionally it is a long stretch to say that they may have been unconscious. If you are unconscious wirh Covid you are ok a ventilator. There is no iV routing for ivermectin and in a prison there are not ventilators. Those prisoners are transferred to hospitals.

You are presenting hypotheticals that cannot exist to try to advocate for a point.

These four patients were administered
—a drug not approved for the condition they were being treated
—without their knowledge or consent
—were not told they were receiving this drug.
—we not told the risks benefits or alternatives.

And you and others are saying this is ok because it was for their own good. This is called substituted judgment and is forbidden in medical ethics and tyrannical if from a government.

— “There is presumed consent.”

There is the assertion.

Just as the WHO advised counting “presumed” deaths in April of 2020. Just as Birx suggested “presumed” was part of official deaths.

That assertion is being used to say that every individual injected with one of the mRNA “emergency use authorization” experimental drugs has “consented” to participate in the phase three, clinical trials for still experimental drugs.

“There is presumed consent.”

Even with continuing experiments and trials. Even with mandates.

"Presumed consent."
