I actually believe you when you say that you do not know how you are failing.
It is a very sad thing that you don’t know this by now. Arguably, you don’t really want to know. A grown adult who does not wish to know how they are failing. Our society has not served you well. Neither have you served yourself well. Yours is a truly cautionary tale.
