I love Neapolitan style pizza. Just enough, not too much.
Ya know...when a person thinks about it, all pizza is, is a leavened bread with toppings on it. Hearty since there is veggies on it, and with the modern pizzas they load them up.
Like I said..I like the old school pizza.
