Could be New Tang Dynasty, a news business originally founded by followers of the Chinese Falun Gong movement. Originally only Chinese, now they broadcast in English as well. Their stuff gets posted on FR from time to time.

This is what they say about themselves on Roku:
NTD is a New York based, global television network founded in 2001 by Chinese-Americans who fled communism. Our founders understood the importance of an independent media to a free society, so they created NTD to bring the world uncensored and truthful information—no matter the cost.
We remain free from all external influence—whether political, financial, or special interest, covering stories that others don’t. Our arts and lifestyle programs embody universal values, and celebrate the best of humanity’s culture and traditions.

No, the TV has been unplugged since Obama.
