A21-year-old man who authorities said drove drunk on Interstate 80 in Omaha and crashed into another car, killing the driver, was ordered held on $3 million bail Tuesday.
Joaquin Dimayuga-Alvarado has been charged with motor vehicle homicide and driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury in connection with the death of 76-year-old Timothy Flaherty and injuries to two others.
According to police, Dimayuga-Alvarado was driving a 2010 Nissan Maxima on Saturday with 16-year-old passenger Jamie Dominguez on westbound I-80 between the 60th Street and 72nd Street exits.

This is a direct result of the Odumbo administration not allowing ICE work with local authorities to take custody of illegal aliens after committing crimes. I helped the Trump administration with the Sarah Root drunk driving murder and the illegal alien absconding after posting 10% of $50,000 bond.
There was also an incident in Omaha where a drunk illegal alien killed another illegal alien and their bond was a couple million. Freaking liberal news rags arguing that illegal aliens have the same rights of citizens.

I don’t think the bail would be that high unless they suspect other things regarding this creep.
As far as I'm concerned, illegals have no Constitutional rights. Innocent American citizens have those rights.
