Have to give Epstein credit for a brilliant scheme. (or so rumored)
He didn’t blackmail anyone. he just wanted to be your money manager. So, if you’ve got 100 million, he might ‘manage’ 10 million for you. On the books, looks legal. Epstein got the management fees. And you still have your money! You can still be buddies, you have a plausible business reason for the association and he doesn’t have to worry about you rubbing him out.
He actually wasn’t some brilliant hedge fund manager or whatever. All his wealth, his title, was a complete front. Epstein was a MOSSAD agent and Maxwell was his boss. Of the two, Maxwell was more powerful which is why she’s still alive.
Interesting. I couldn’t understand why these people would want him to manage their money. But what you say makes sense.
