The Bills looked pretty impressive, but week to week they’ve been inconsistent. If they draw the Chiefs in KC all bets are off, draw the Bungals in Buffalo (if Pitt beats KC) and maybe they advance further.
Note:
“Referee Jerome Boger and the crew that worked the AFC wild-card game between the Las Vegas Raiders and Cincinnati Bengals are not expected to officiate again this postseason after their problematic performance Saturday highlighted by a controversial whistle.
The NFL grades officials after each game, and Boger and his crew are not expected to receive high marks for Saturday, when they ruled that a whistle occurred after Cincinnati’s Tyler Boyd caught a touchdown from Joe Burrow — although replays appeared to show otherwise.”
The whistle should have never been blown in the first place. In the end, they did get the right result. The whistle blew right before he caught the ball, so it really didn’t matter.
Boger is one of the worst refs in the league. How his crew even had a playoff game is beyond me, except for the obvious pandering to a certain group.
