Difficult to blame her for proactively going after others - with all the bus tire marks on her back. There's still the pesky little matter of LIVE AMMUNITION ON THE SET.
There should not have been any live ammunition within a mile of that movie set. If for any reason she brought live ammunition onto the set at any time, then the bus tire marks are well deserved.

Guess her suit may help to shed light on who delivered the live ammo.
She’s still negligent, but that was a problem for many people in the chain.
