To: DUMBGRUNT

A large number of people live in boats on the Thames River in England, I lived there in the past.

Many are minimal and many are most luxurious. If you like living on the water it is not a bad gig. Cruising up and down the Thames in the summer is most great. If winter, you need good heating for you boat.

As said, “not a bad gig.”

I saw a documentary on those canal boats. Pros and cons with it. Very interesting for a different way of living however for only a few years from what those that do this said.
