I remember when she told that harrowing story on Bob Costas’s Later program 30 years ago. I’m glad she was able to get out. As talented as Phil was, he was absolutely psychotic and evil as a person.
There is also someone recalling where they saw Phil in his home chasing John Lennon down the hallway while waving a pistol. Everybody in the business knew Phil was a fruitcake, but he was a great producer for that particular sound technique.
