Sort of! The picture was taken at the offical British PM’s country house in Chequers. So, it’s not in Churchill’s Chartwell home in Kent.

I kept looking at images of Chartwell.. but then googled Trump in Churchill’s chair. It’s the chair Churchill used, sat in at Chequers.

I’m not finding anything on that rug. But I did find out where specifically at least.

I don’t know why the Brit’s, esp the media got their panties in a ruffle over Trump sitting in the chair. It’s not like Trump walked into Chartwell and sat in Churchill’s office.
