The whole matter is weird. Saw a couple of posts on GAW yesterday that said the barriers are just around the fountain, not the WH itself.

But how come a big concrete barrier would go up around a fountain? Odd.

Only partially joking maybe to prevent further embarrassment to America by Biden’s purported habit of skinny dipping. I thought the WH no longer had a pool so the fountain may be his choice.
