At the first link, the 'president's motorcade is running late' so according to the narrator (Penguin 6) the Park Police Helicopter (supposedly named "Eagle") which he said 'normally' follows the motorcade for security reasons (?!) landed to await...uhmm...the motorcade and uh...they did so to save fuel? Rather than just hovering to protect what fools say is the President of the Free World?"Eagle" is going to land and wait for a presidential motorcade to 'catch up' in order to save Eagle fuel?
Then the narrator took slo mo of the motorcade passing (hard to make out much visually), said it was moving faster than normal and took a different route to the White House.
Then, upon closer inspection, the Jersey barriers they put up today do not encircle the small fountain in front of the WH, but instead are in a semicircle around the half of the lawn including the fountain and the WH together.
President Trump restored the military with funds in the trillions and I just think a lightweight little Park helicopter hovering over supposedly armored vehicles with significant defense capabilities of their own just to 'make sure everything is okay' is absurd. Those gnats would just get in the way of mil helos in a defense situation.
Don't know what the semicircle baracades are for (not the fountain) but it's likely SS would not be interested in defending the corners but instead put up an interior perimeter to defend. I find them described as "crowd control" "traffice controle" and safety equipment.
They appear to be military grade per the info I found (they look larger than the one below)? If it was repairing the fountain, why wouldn't they use construction barriers? WHy encircle the WH and Fountain and half the yard if you wanted people to stay away from the fountain?

1. I really don't see how Penguin Six would think that a Park Helicopter is what is used to monitor the presidential motorcade.
2. Does this mean someone's moving in soon? :)
