to get a ChinaVirus vax in India, you need to show your National ID card. The number is stored in a database . It will be difficult to take more than 2 jabs because the system alerts the med staff of his status.
Doubt this story is true. It may be he has taken 12 vax total, incl say 7 for dog-bite etc.
