We got a Tushy for Christmas but you still have to dry yourself off. Otherwise, it’s great!

Free your ass, get a bidet.

And if you can't install a bidet, get a couple of those portable "bidet bottles". They're cheap, don't require plumbing skills, and can be used while camping if you want to.
