It's funny on two parts. Tucker calling out Nancy but Fox goes overboard trying to minimize his turkey waddle using a dark filter and makeup.

Overboard? The lighting for all camera work professionally, is manipulated to bring out the best look for all. I am fairly sure that the underside of the chin is illuminated to blend in the look of a double chin, not shadowed. That is why they use circle lights doing makeup. ALL lighting is projected to do this, except in theatrics where they move them around to create mood and character.
