Fire your ‘doctor’. He’s a politician, not a medical professional.

I’d bet if he could he would take away your choice and force you to get the shot.

I can’t say that the vaccines will offer useful protection against omicron, but I believe they will against delta, which is still around.
I feel bad for honest doctors who feel like they’re treading on thin ice. They may want to explain all options to a patient - but also are trying to keep their offices open in the face of AMA mandates and treatment “protocals.” It’s a mine field out there......
Doctors are committing malpractice and violating their Hippocratic all over the nation. They are clueless about informed consent, most are aware of deaths and injuries, but still choose the words, “safe and effective” .
My doc is pissed that he’s been formally told by the powers that be, that he cannot prescribe ivermectin anymore.
I regularly drive several senior citizens to the offices of their physicians. Different places, but the same complaint. It’s hard to lay eyes on the actual “doctor.” They’re relegated to the attentions of physician assistants. Two of the ladies have regular checkups or visits but have not seen the actual “doctor” in over 5 years.
So count yourself lucky your doctor gives you face-to-face attention. It seems to be going the way of house calls.

Yes, my primary doc I have never seen. For 2 years. The only provider I’ve see is the office’s NP (nurse practitioner).
My doctor understood the religious objections. Didn’t agree with it but understood. It got heated when I asked for an ivermectin prescription.
I’m glad my doctor is just as much against the vax as I am.
Meanwhile, our current vaccines are basically worthless as per the Pfizer CEO!

Speaking during remarks to a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated current vaccines the company developed for Wuhan coronavirus offer “limited, if any” protection against contracting current variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots.
The statement from Bourla comes as the Biden administration continues to justify vaccine mandates for federal workers, contractors and private businesses. The Supreme Court heard arguments about President Biden’s mandates for private companies and medical workers last week. A ruling is expected soon on the constitutionality of the mandates.
A number of people who have pointed out the waning efficacy of Pfizer’s vaccines, which Bourla touted last year as being “100 percent” effective against contracting or transmitting the virus, have been banned by social media companies.

Yes - I almost called out, “See you in 5 years following trial studies to see who is right!” as I left the office - but he was so friggin rude, I left it at that - and said nothing else.
its probably less about sanity than whether they work for a big corporate entity like the cleveland clinic. Corporate mandates actions and if they don’t take those actions they lose their jobs. Independent physicians are becoming a thing of the past.
