You don’t need to be a scientist to know that a diet of fast food is not healthy. I might partake once or twice in a given month but generally I avoid fast food like the plague and try to eat well.
Well that is good. I don’t eat a lot of it either but I hardly think it is responsible for current autoimmune disease.
