How did the Ferrets do this time? Are they out encouraging all of their friends to get the miracle life saving vaccines? Or is this role only for humans still in Phase III trials until 2023?

When developing a pharmaceutical product various doses are tested to minimize damage to the patients and still deliver a worthwhile effect.
The Moderna vaccine can sometimes cause unacceptable level of heart damage in younger people. The Pfizer vaccine uses a much smaller amount of mRNA and is far less likely to cause heart damage in younger people.
I, as an 61-year old, prefer the Moderna for its stronger and longer Covid protection. If I was under 30, I would only choose the Pfizer product.

Covid carries a risk, which is not zero.
As you age and as your health deteriorates, your Covid risk goes up - if greater than the vaccine risk, consider a jab.
